Several areas of this web site require the visitor's email address to be functional. There areas are: (a) the newsletter subscription form at the Home page, (b) the Guestbook page, and (c) the Contact form.

In all of these instances, email addresses are entered voluntarily by our visitors and we only use them for the specific purposes they are intended.

Under no circumstance we reveal, release or sell those email addresses.

Our visitors and customers' satisfaction is much more valuable to us than the volatile profit we could obtain from selling email lists.

Newsletter subscription form
It requires the subscriber's email address for us to be able to send our newsletter via email to that address.

Guestbook form
Although we prevent spam attacks from anonymous web robots via a captcha image (the little picture with random letters our visitors have to type from) in all of our online forms, we also believe comments and opinions are personal. Allowing anonymous participation in our guestbook would open the door to unrelated and even malitious entries. For that reason, we require the participant's email address when posting an entry in our guestbook.
Although our visitors can always enter fake email addresses to be able to post whatever messages they want, we believe the vast majority of our visitors are serious and honest.

Contact form
It requires the sender's email for the obvious reason: we need to be able to respond to each email message sent to us.



Again, we do not play games with our visitors' email addresses. We represent an international artist whose music is requested and played all over the world and as such we can't engage in unethical acts.
